He has partnered with numerous senior and executive-level leaders and teams to help individuals and organizations alike to achieve their goals. Len coaches leaders at all levels of organizations to help clients build a sustainable leadership presence by focusing on their self-awareness, intention, impact, and emotional intelligence.
Len has worked with clients across Canada, the continent, and the world. His wealth of experience spans many industries including oil and gas, transportation, finance, insurance, not-for-profit, IT, professional services, and government. In addition to his role as Certified Executive Leadership Coach, Master Facilitator, and Emotional Intelligence Specialist with Bright Wire, he has successfully led hundreds of highly regarded leadership development workshops, strategic planning sessions, and coaching skills training programs including Train the Trainer.
