Chris brings a rare blend of operational rigour and vision to align strategy, people, and performance.
 

Chris brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across professional services, consulting, public sector, nonprofit, healthcare, tourism, and regulatory environments. He is recognized for helping organizations strengthen operational performance, align teams, and build the structures and leadership practices needed to support sustainable growth.

 

As Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Bright Wire Leadership, Chris leads the firm’s operational strategy and oversees service delivery, client experience, financial management, and organizational effectiveness. His work focuses on ensuring strong execution across the business while supporting the continued growth and evolution of the firm and its clients.

 

In addition to his operational leadership responsibilities, Chris works directly with executive and senior leadership teams as a Master Facilitator and Executive Advisor. He brings deep expertise in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, human resources, governance, and change leadership, helping clients navigate complexity, strengthen alignment, and move strategic priorities into action. Known for his grounded and practical approach, Chris quickly builds credibility and trust with leaders and teams alike, creating environments that foster thoughtful dialogue, accountability, and meaningful progress.

 

Throughout his career, Chris has held senior executive and operational leadership roles responsible for organizational transformation, multi-market operations, strategic planning, governance, and enterprise growth. He has led organizations through periods of significant change, implemented large-scale operational improvements, strengthened performance and leadership frameworks, and supported the development of high-performing teams across both corporate and mission-driven organizations.

 

Chris is also an experienced governance leader and active community contributor. He currently serves as a Board Director for Cympact: A Community Impact Foundation and was a past Board Director for the Canadian Mental Health Association – Calgary, and previously held board leadership roles supporting community and immigration-focused organizations.

 

Chris holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Royal Roads University, where he received the Founders’ Award, as well as a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and several additional credentials in leadership, management, and governance.
